Select Group, the global property developer announced today, along with its longstanding joint venture partner Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC), the acquisition of 17,919.24 sqm land plot on the Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent. A Nakheel spokesperson said: “We are delighted that all parties’ collaboration has concluded with the sale of one of the last remaining plots at our flagship master development, Palm Jumeirah. The group is partnering with Emerald Palace group (EGP), which has been successfully developing and constructing residential projects in Ukraine, UAE and Russia since 1996. Raffles the Palm Dubai will be situated within 100,000 sqm landscape on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the world s largest man-made island and archipelago. Its privileged location boasts panoramic sea views and vistas of the Dubai s iconic skyline while offering a tranquil and private escape, just a short drive away from the city s vibrant attractions.

Raffles to open first resort in the Middle East

Accor has confirmed plans to open its first Raffles resort in the Middle East.  Raffles the Palm Dubai will be situated on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah and is set to open in the last quarter of 2021.  The property will feature 389 rooms, suites and villas - each with a balcony or terrace - as well as eight food and beverage options, a 500-metre private beach and a beach club offering Mediterranean cuisine and entertainment. There will also be an outdoor pool, a dedicated children’s pool, a cinema and kids’ and teens’ clubs.  A Cing Mondes Spa will feature 23 treatment rooms, two private spa suites and reportedly the largest indoor swimming pool in the city.

SHARE The first Raffles resort in the Middle East is set to open in the last quarter of 2021 on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The property will sit within a 100,000 square-metre landscape on the West Crescent of the man-made island, offering views of the sea and city skyline. There will be 389 rooms, suites and villas, each featuring a balcony and terrace, plus sea views. Private villas on the beach will also be available. A 3,000-square-metre Cinq Mondes Spa, a Parisian brand new to Dubai, will feature 23 treatment rooms, two private spa suites and what the developers claim to be the city’s largest indoor swimming pool.
