Natasha Collier announced as new West Australian Music CEO
Ms Collier has almost three decades’ experience in Australian arts and entertainment
Culture and the Arts Minister David Templeman has welcomed the appointment of former Sydney Opera House chief financial officer, Natasha Collier as the new Chief Executive Officer of West Australian Music (WAM).
Ms Collier has nearly three decades of experience working in executive roles in Australia’s arts and entertainment sector.
She returns to Perth after spending 21 years on the east coast where she led some of the country’s most iconic brands, including the Big Day Out.
Ms Collier is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is a member of Women on Boards Australia. She starts her five-year contract with WAM on July 1, 2021.

Northbridge Piazza to become hub of Western Australian music and culture
The City of Perth and West Australian Music (WAM) have joined forces through an industry partnership to turn the iconic Northbridge Piazza into a hub of creative vibrancy.
As part of the City’s plan to activate the Northbridge Piazza, WAM recently moved into their new home at the community arts space on James Street.
City of Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas said the City of Perth and WAM would work together to develop and deliver a program of cultural activities and events at the Northbridge Piazza to benefit the wider Western Australian community and support the local music and arts sector.
