West Fargo house fire displaces family
Officials reported no injuries, and neighboring homes did not appear to be damaged. The fire marshal continues to investigate the cause.

WEST FARGO A fire destroyed a house in a south West Fargo neighborhood Thursday night, July 8, leaving five people and a pet without a home.
Crews from Fargo and West Fargo responded to the fire around 8 p.m. Thursday at a cul-de-sac on the 5300 block of Eighth Street West, just south of 52nd Avenue South.
The fire started in the garage and then spread to the front part of a home. From there, the fire spread to the second and third floors, according to West Fargo Fire Chief Dan Fuller.
