WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) Purdue students are bringing back the university s annual fashion show but with a twist. It s been on a three-year pause but the Covid-19 pandemic has helped spark some new creativity.
Instead of a live, one-weekend fashion show, they re now showcasing their designs through a gallery. And this gallery can not only be viewed in person but also virtually.
These clothes were designed by students studying Retail Management with a concentration in Apparel Design & Technology as well as students involved in the university s Fashion and Retail Organization. They ve been working on these pieces for about two months as part of a class requirement and each student had to create at least three looks.
