The thing about growing older is that it slowly creeps up on you, and itâs only when you find yourself doing some strange things that you realise itâs happening.
For instance, you know youâre getting older when it takes you 20 minutes to find your car in the supermarket car park.
You know youâre getting older when it takes at least two tries to get up from the sofa.

Sister Andre, who was born on February 11, 1904, is the world s second-oldest living person according to the Gerontology Research Group s (GRG) World Supercentenarian Rankings List.
On January 16, Sister Andre tested positive for the virus in her retirement home. She was isolated from other residents, but displayed no symptoms.
