with theft at Weis LOCK HAVEN Twins Christen Marie and Megan Jayne Probst waived their right to a preliminary hearing this morning and had all charges bound over to the next level of court. Christen and Megan Probst, 31 of Lock Haven, were both charged by Lock Haven City Police with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft for incidents that took place between August 1 and August 29, 2020 at Weis Markets in Lock Haven. Christen was charged with 14 counts of retail theft and 13 counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft with her sister Megan. Megan was charged with 13 counts of retail theft and 13 counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft with her sister, Christen.
