Ulric Randolph Crichlow, of Pasture Road, Bank Hall, St Michael is accused of entering the house of Cheryl Seale as a trespasser on April 24 and stealing a passport belonging to the Crown as well as $1 000 belonging to the homeowner. “I will never do that, that will never happen,” the accused told Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes when asked whether he was guilty or not of the charges. Crichlow made much of the same utterances when told of the charge that he used disorderly behaviour on February 26 within Seale’s sight which likely caused alarm.
