An Aldi store has reopened following a significant refurbishment and extension. Shoppers can now benefit from a larger retail space at the store on Derwent Drive, Workington, offering an enhanced, convenient and varied shopping experience, with a large range of award-winning British products to choose from. The new format has been created to make shopping easier for Workington customers, with the store now having more space, an additional fifth aisle and clearer signs to make shopping effortless. Fresh bread and cakes have been moved to the last aisle, preventing them from getting squashed under customers shopping, and the store will offer new, easy to browse freezers.
This was a major 95 percent power update on the previous Mk2 vehicle.
The crafts will have full manoeuvrability will allow pilots to make hairpin style turns and vertical sweeps.
A range of new technology such as Radar collision avoidance systems promises to create a “virtual forcefield” around vehicles to endure safe racing.
The craft will also be built with carbon fibre for strength, stiffness and lightweight properties.

Airspeeder said its races will even include rapid pit stops which will see pilots forced to top up their battery power.
The craft will use a slide and lock system for rapid battery replacement at the blink of an eye.

At least 10 former employees of Robinhood have founded their own venture-backed startups.
They range from a capital-as-a-service lender to a social-gaming startup.
Some are raising capital from Robinhood investors like Ribbit Capital and Index Ventures.
They cut their teeth building Robinhood into one of the most important fintech startups of the decade, with a valuation around $11 billion before it took in emergency funding on the back of a recent trading mania.
Now, some of its alumni are striking out to start their own businesses, and investors are clamoring to back them.

PINE BLUFF, Ark. In a Facebook post on Friday, the Pine Bluff Police Department recognized Matthew Pearson, of Port Orchard, Washington, for a portrait he sent the department.
Pearson, a participant of the Special Olympics, created the portrait of Detective Kevin Collins as a way to express his condolences to Collins family and show his support for law enforcement.

KINDRED – The Kindred Vikings had a lopsided victory over the Hillsboro/Central Valley Burros; winning their season opener with a final score of 64-43.
The Vikings (1-0) were led by forward Paul Olson who finished the game with 17 points. Forward Max McQuillan and guard Matthew Pearson both finished the night with three made three-pointers as well.
As for the Burros (0-1), nothing went right for them in the first half as they were down 41-14 at halftime. Forward Gannon Limke finished with a team-high 16 points and Guard Jackson Anderson was right behind him with 10 points.
Up next, the Kindred Vikings look to keep things rolling as they stay home to face the Northern Cass Jaguars on Dec. 18th at 7:30 PM. For Hillsboro/Central Valley, they’ll look to bounce back when they take on Drayton/Valley-Edinburg at home on Dec. 17th at 7:30 PM.
