On March 31 last year, “riders 2 and 3,” as they’re referred to in the Colorado Avalanche Information Center’s (CAIC) accident report, watched a rush of snow sweep their friend (“rider 1”) down the northeast face of Telescope Mountain outside Rico, Colorado. NISKAYUNA Knowing that Shaker heavyweight star Ryan Stein was looming as his team’s final opponent of the night, Niskayuna wrestling coach Shaun Neely needed his grapplers to scratch out every point possible in a desperately close Suburban Council dual meet.
“Knowing we had Stein there at the end wasn’t necessarily a good feeling for us,” Neely said. “But, just getting to experience this kind of action is a breath of fresh air.”

The ruling ordered the incumbent cable carriers to correct the rates they charge to independent carriers for wholesale access to their network, and pay back the independents for years of over-charging, to the tune of $325 million – an effort to make internet access more affordable for all Canadians.
