GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – There have been reports nationally of some people skipping their second dose of the COVID vaccine.
However, some local clinics say this isn’t the case for them.
About 32% of Wisconsin’s population is fully vaccinated against COVID.
According to the CDC, through the beginning of April, about 5 million Americans skipped their second dose.
Jason Mattson, the clinical team leader for the Bellin Health Lambeau Field COVID Vaccination Site says this is a trend he hasn’t seen much of.
“There’s been occasional people that haven’t shown up for their first dose, but most people have been pretty good about their second dose,” Mattson said.
