WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., July 15, 2021 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) â A tenacious fighter, attorney, mother and anti-child trafficking advocate, Melissa Martz hit the streets three months ago to garner community support for Floridaâs 18th Congressional District. Her first quarter FEC filings show she did just that by raising $202,000.
Martz reported no political action committee (PAC) money, but a substantial amount of local money and in-kind donations.
âThese numbers let me know the people in our community are serious about having someone in Congress who will represent their interests and not those of big business and special interest groups,â said Martz. âThe encouragement Iâve received has been overwhelming.â
