A child is dead and several people are displaced after a large fire in south troy that spread through four buildings.
The call came in shortly after 5 a.m. Sunday.
Troy officials have confirmed with us one person has died and nearly 20 people displaced in an early morning fire on 4th Street in South Troy. We are expecting to hear from Fire officials on the scene any minute. @ArinCotelAltman is there & will have the latest. @SPECNewsAlbany
