NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton, on 16 December 2020, made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of Part IV of the Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers, so as to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the Merton (Prescribed Route) (Frinton Road and Gunton Road) Experimental Traffic Order 2019 and the Merton (Prescribed Route) (Commonside East, Esher Road and Hallowell Close) Experimental Traffic Order 2019. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all motorised vehicles from entering the roads listed in the Schedule to this notice, during the corresponding periods specified, with an exemption for those authorised vehicles which are specified on a white list for each road, held and ma
