Bryant announced her decision to retire in a pair of emotional videos on Instagram, thanking customers and staff for their support through a super difficult year defined by COVID-19 and the challenges that placed on businesses like Frances. It really, really pulled us through and we came out stronger than ever, Bryant said in the announcement. We just really appreciate our caring community and the kindness.. We feel like we did hard things and we came out the other side.
