VALENZUELA CITY, Mar. 8 Deployed maintenance team from the Department of Public Works and Metro Manila Third District Engineering Office (DPWH-MMTDEO) has acted to a recent report on potholes along Mindanao Avenue corner Sto. Rosario St. in Valenzuela City.
“This road is a subject of report coursed through the DPWH Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/dpwhph on third week of February 2021 requesting us to repair the damaged road portion that could potentially damage cars”, said Secretary Mark A. Villar.
Under the leadership of Secretary Villar, DPWH has been using the established mechanisms for citizen feedback for more efficient and public-responsive services.

No, really! According to DPWH Secretary Mark A. Villar, the agency was able to fix the potholes along Mindanao Avenue corner Sto. Rosario Street in Valenzuela City through reports from netizens who requested them to repair the damaged road.
“This road is a subject of report coursed through the DPWH Facebook Page on the third week of February 2021 requesting us to repair the damaged road portion that could potentially damage cars,” Villar shared.
Maintenance teams from the DPWH’s Metro Manila Third District Engineering Office and the local government unit immediately conducted pothole-patching in the area.
