Rs94 573m distributed among cops, families this year

July 20, 2021 LAHORE: Lahore Police, in supervision of its Commander Additional IG Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, has distributed an amount of more than Rs94.573 million so far among police personnel and their family members this year as welfare grant to financially support and facilitate them in marriage, educational stipends, medical treatment, funeral charges, Group Insurance, COVID-19 relief and other welfare related matters. A financial grant cheques distribution ceremony was organised here Monday at Capital City Police Headquarters office where CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar along with DIG Operations Sajid Kiani distributed 163 cheques worth more than Rs5,184,000 as financial grant among employees of the Lahore police and their family members, including widows, parents and children of the martyrs and deceased employees.

Cheques distributed among police employees, families June 29, 2021 LAHORE:A financial grant cheques distribution ceremony was held here Monday at Capital City Police Headquarters. Lahore CCPO Additional IG Ghulam Mahmood Dogar distributed 91 cheques worth more than Rs2,681,000 as financial grant among 91 employees of Lahore police and their family members, including widows, parents and children of martyrs and deceased employees. Lahore Commissioner Capt(R) Muhammad Usman also participated in the ceremony. Around 76 cheques worth Rs1,900,000 were distributed among the police personnel who recovered from coronavirus whereas eight cheques worth Rs330,000 were distributed as dowry grant. An amount of Rs451,000 was distributed among seven police personnel as scholarships and related grants.

Registration of tenants mandatory: CCPO

Daily Times June 9, 2021 Capital City Police Officer Additional IG Ghulam Mahmood Dogar on Wednesday urged people to ensure registration of tenants to avoid any untoward situation, including illegal possession. He said the police also provided online tenants registration facilities in this regard. He was presiding over a meeting to review an overall performance of Anti Qabza Mafia Cell, held at Capital City Police Headquarters. SSP Operations Ahsan Saif Ullah, SSP Discipline Nadeem Abbas, SSP Legal Sheikh Asif, all divisional SPs, members of allied departments, including Revenue, Overseas Pakistanis, Cooperative, LDA attended the meeting. Ghulam Mahmood Dogar directed the officers to take strict action against land grabbers and deal cases of overseas Pakistanis as well as poor and destitute people on priority basis.
