New Delhi, April 12 (IANS) The Supreme Court on Monday held that lack of scientific material, blood tests or breath analyser results will not prevent insurance companies from establishing a case for exclusion from liability under ground of intoxication in a contract.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - 19 News is learning more about what happened at a local Catholic school earlier this week.
Cleveland Police are investigating after a teacherâs aid allegedly choked out a preschooler.
âWhat kind of report?â the 911 dispatcher asked the caller.
âI believe child endangerment, domestic violence or something of that nature,â the caller replied.
