Feb 22, 2021 Reward Being Offered For Information On Slain Bald Eagle In Berks County (Ontelaunee Township, PA)   A reward is now being offered for any information that leads to the arrest of a poacher who is being accused of killing a bald eagle in Berks County. The Pennsylvania Game Commission announced this past Friday that the Reading Blue Mountain-and-Northern Railroad is offering a five-thousand-dollar reward to catch the suspect. The bald eagle was found shot and killed last month in a parking area off Mountain Road in Tilden Township. Anyone with any information is being asked to contact the Pennsylvania Game Commission s southeast region office.
