Top KWPN Broodmare Orleans Passed Away Mon, 05/24/2021 - 08:44 KWPN The top KWPN broodmare Orleans, dam to international Grand Prix stallion Governor and European Under 25 Champion TC Athene, has passed away on 21 May 2021. She was 25 years old. Orleans was by Jazz out of Fidora (by Ulft x Roemer). She was the full sister to Adelinde Cornelissen s Olympic medal winner Parzival. Streppel Originally owned by Jan Streppel and the Beijer family, Orleans was the foundation mare of Streppel s breeding project, alongside Toulouse.  Orleans produced no less than 18 foals in her life with Adelinde Cornelissen s international Grand Prix ride and licensed stallion Governor (by Totilas), as well as Jeanine Nieuwenhuis European Young Riders and Under 25 Champion TC Athene (by United) as her most famous offspring.

Charlotte Fry Claims Double Victory at 2021 CDI Exloo Wed, 05/12/2021 - 08:51 2021 CDI Exloo British 2019 European Championship team rider Charlotte Fry has continued her Tokyo campaign with a vengeance by winning the Grand Prix Special and Grand Prix Freestyle with PB scores on her two rides at Exloo CDI3 in the Netherlands on 5 – 9 May 2021. In windy conditions at the Hippisch Centrum Exloo, the home nation’s Edward Gal dominated Wednesday’s Grand Prix with Totilas  sons Toto Jr. and Total U.S. claiming first (78.82%) and second (77.78%) respectively. The 25-year old young British challenger, however, clearly meant business with a 76.84% PB performance with Everdale to complete the podium and taking fourth with Dark Legend on 75.45%.
