PANAMA CITY BEACH Matt Fancher might not be selling chicken sandwiches, but he wants his car wash s customers to get the high level of service they d receive at a Chick-fil-A just the same.
Located off Panama City Beach Parkway near its intersection with Alf Coleman Road is Blue Sky Express Car Wash, a locally owned, high-end, drive-thru car wash that officially opened Jan. 18. We set out to be the Chick-fil-A of car washes, said Fancher, a Santa Rosa Beach resident and co-owner of the facility. We really wanted to give that next-level experience.
Fancher said that while there are other car washes with similar names in other states, the PCB location is the only one of his brand. It could have opened at the end of last year, but was postponed about a month because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
