No one above law, says Maharashtra Home Minister on Dhananjay Munde
Anil Deshmukh said police will investigate the charges against Dhananjay Munde and no one is above law.

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Friday said no one is above the law in Maharashtra and the police have full freedom to conduct fair investigation in the rape allegations levelled against NCP leader and state minister Dhananjay Munde.
When pointed out that the woman who has levelled the allegations has alleged that the police have yet not registered an FIR based on her complaint, Deshmukh said the matter is being investigated.
In a relief for Maharashtra Minister Dhananjay Munde, the Nationalist Congress Party NCP) has decided to let him continue as a minister with Sharad Pawar saying, "let the cops probe the rape allegations first".
