Sparrow Partners announced it has kicked off construction on Sage Cobblestone, a 168-unit senior community in Norman, Okla.
Catering to residents aged 55 and over, the suburban Oklahoma City property’s delivery is planned for the spring of 2022. The active adult community will be the first of its kind in Norman and marks Sparrow’s first development in the state.
The 6-acre site is located at 4402 12
th Ave. SE, about 2.5 miles from The University of Oklahoma campus and 25 miles north of downtown Oklahoma City.
