GIPC, Japan explore investment opportunities The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO)’s Investment Technology Promotion Office (ITPO) in Tokyo, organised the Ghana-Japan Investment Seminar to deepen linkages between the country and Japan’s business community. The virtual event held last Tuesday introduced Japanese private corporations and investors to the vast investment opportunities in Ghana, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also provided a platform for relevant stakeholders to identify investment facilitation modules, as spelt out in the SDG Investor Map, which was launched recently by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and GIPC.
