Gov. Tom Wolf and Democratic lawmakers on Tuesday called out Republicans who continue to spread lies and misinformation about the 2020 presidential election, and the governor said he would veto any legislation that restricts voting rights in Pennsylvania.
The Democrats made their case during a news conference Wednesday at the Camp Curtin YMCA in Harrisburg, just days after Pennsylvania made national headlines when state Sen. Doug Mastriano, R-Franklin County, returned from an Arizona election audit and called for the same in his home state.
Wolf said some Republicans are wasting taxpayer money to spread lies and doubt about the presidential election he said was fair, free and accurate in Pennsylvania. The lies are a shame and a sham, he said.

The three-story brick home retains many of its original features such as hand-hewn wide plank wood floors in most of the rooms, transoms, double door foyer vestibule entry, original door hardware, 9-foot ceilings, original staircase and some of the gas light fixtures are retained in the second and third floor.
Union Brigadier General Joseph Farmer Knipe lived in the home from 1866-80. A historical marker from the Harrisburg History Project sits across the street from the home. Another marker on the front of the home attests to the heritage of the property.
