Three Civilians Found Dead in Herat: Police Three civilians were found dead in Injil district in the western province of Herat on Friday, the provincial police said, adding that their bodies were burnt. The victims include a man, a woman and a four-year-old child, Herat police spokesman Abdul Ahad Walizada said on Saturday. He said the bodies were found on the Herat-Karokh highway. The police spokesman said that the motive behind the incident is not clear so far, but an investigation has started in this respect.
