NCLT approves ₹707.70 cr claim of IL&FS FSEL from NHAI PTI Mumbai | Updated on × The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has given approval to the settlement of ₹707.70 crore claim made by Fagne Sonagarh Expressway (FSEL), a special purpose vehicle of IL&FS for the expressway project, from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The tribunal, chaired by members Mohammed Ajmal and V Nallasenapathy, allowed FSEL to receive the settlement amount of Rs 707.70 crore (subject to any deduction of tax as applicable and any further withholding of an amount of ₹16.93 crore towards royalty payment). NHAI will pay the settlement amount under the approved guidelines for resolution of road projects that have been stuck for various reasons.

Punjab cabinet strength soars to 44 members About half of Punjab cabinet members deemed inactive LAHORE: The size of the Punjab cabinet has reached 44 members, including 37 ministers, three advisers and four special assistants, the swearing in of two new ministers. Lahore district has the highest representation in the provincial cabinet with five ministers, while Faisalabad is second with four ministers. However, more than 20 members of the cabinet are on a “watch list” of the prime minister and chief minister for their unsatisfactory performance during the past two and a half years, according to sources. PFF assists Covid-19 affected players Web Desk Thursday Dec 10, 2020 The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Normalisation Committee on Wednesday said that football players affected by the pandemic have started receiving financial help from the organization’s Covid-19 Relief Fund, As many as 50 deserving present and past football players are expected to receive about Rs. 50,000 from the relief fund. The Normalisation Committee(NC) said that the amount has already been received by more than 30 players. The fund was created from existing PFF funds. The COVID Relief Fund Committee was formed in August earlier this year by PFF NC and consist of following members: Mohammad Ajmal, Col. Younus Changezi, Sardar Rauf, Col Karim Ahmad Shah and Qibtiya Jamshed.
