Charlie Hills trained Persuasion (8-1) tipped by fromthehorsesmouth.info landed the Class 2 Casumo 7 furlongs Handicap at Haydock Park on Saturday under jockey William Buick – a fifth winning tip.
Frodon (4-5f) won the Grade 2 bet365 Oaksey Chase over 2m 6f under Bryony Frost at Sandown Park.
King George winner Frodon, who jumped with aplomb throughout, dug deep to beat Mister Fisher a neck.
Frost said: “We’ve had a long season and he was plenty good enough to see them off.
“I thought we were beat, but he ground down and stuck his head down and got to the line.”

CLAN DES OBEAUX made it third time lucky in the Betway Bowl Chase at Aintree with a superb performance.
It was also a red-letter day for Alex Ferguson and his fellow owners, after the same colours were earlier carried to victory in the two previous Grade Ones by Protektorat and Monmiral.

The Storyteller was the only withdrawal as the final field of 40 horses - headed by Cloth Cap - was named for the Grand National on Saturday.
It means Blaklion is the last horse to be guaranteed a run in the big race at Aintree.
Patrick Mullins will ride leading contender Burrows Saint for his trainer father Willie Mullins.
Stable jockey Paul Townend will miss the ride after suffering a foot injury.
Cloth Cap, trained by Jonjo O Neill, is the 4-1 favourite to give owner Trevor Hemmings a record fourth win in his green, yellow and white colours.
