Baltimoreâ Seawall, the Baltimore- based developer behind projects like R. House, Millerâs Court, and Lexington Market, began conversations this week with neighbors and community associa- tions about redevelopment plans for the warehouse at 2507 N Howard Street in Remington. The building, which Seawall has owned since 2014, was most re- cently home to materials salvage com- pany Brick + Board and before that, an auto repair service center.
Large groups ‘intimidating’ residents of estate in Cork suburbs

GARDAÍ have been alerted to a pocket of anti-social behaviour in a Ballincollig estate, with reports of large groups congregating and intimidating residents in Highfield Park.
Speaking to The Echo, local Fianna Fáil councillor, Colm Kelleher, said there were issues with large groups congregating and shouting and roaring at odd hours of the night.
The councillor said the gardaí had been alerted to the issue and would be carrying out additional patrols in the area.
Fines being handed out right left and centre : Gardaí concerned about Cork city house parties
One Garda source said that fines for breaches of public health Covid-19 restrictions by organising parties and for being outside their 5km limit are being “handed out right, left and centre”.

GARDAÍ in Cork are concerned that house parties are being held every weekend across the city.
During the weekend, several calls were received by gardaí about gatherings in houses in a number of areas.
In one incident, local residents contacted gardaí after a gathering at a house on the southside of the city during which some of those attending climbed onto the roof of an extension at the house.
