Schritt 2:  Herstellung der Peanutbutter Smoothie Bowl Banane klein schneiden und mit den restlichen Zutaten in einen Mixer geben und solange mixen bis eine homogene, cremige Masse entsteht. Anschließend in eine Schüssel füllen und mit Früchten, gepufften Quinoa und/oder Kakao Nibs dekorieren.
