Broward County Posts Fifth-Consecutive Double-Digit Home Sales Increase PRWeb FacebookTwitterEmail MIAMI (PRWEB) February 19, 2021 Broward County total home sales jumped double-digits year-over-year for the fifth consecutive month in January 2021, according to the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system. Broward County total home sales surged 18.9% year-over-year in January 2021, from 2,031 to 2,416. Broward single-family home sales rose 18.2% year-over-year, from 976 to 1,154.
