Water main break on top of the soak rain is not good. Yeah. It is interesting even construction guys still work through this. We have light rain right now but anytime rain drops start to fall, you know that will slow you down and it certainly already has. I got slowed down on my drivein. That is when we dont have a ton of traffic in the middle of the night. Heavy rain falling across kent , new castle counties over the delaware bay and all is lifting in, over next couple of hours, this is just stuck with us. It is a widespread batch of rain, throughout the day, it will be more scattered, there will be breaks along the way, heaviest rain is coming now and through morning drive but this is still an all day event and large storm and will need time to get through completely we are in the mid to upper 50 s but just an idea how take will shake out. We still arent absolutely clear as to why. Right now on Eyewitness News, rampage in west philadelphia. A man targeting Police Officers shoots a total of six people leaving two officers wounded and a 25yearold woman dead. Good evening, im Natasha Brown. Thanks for joining us. Investigators called the rampage one of the most violent act the city has seen in a very long time. Police say the gunman was a 25yearold philadelphia man named Nicholas Glen.
