Apr 28, 2021 A Bayard Road, West Township, woman reported at 11:35 p.m. Monday her ex-boyfriend has been sending her unwanted messages to her cell phone. A woman traveling on state Route 45 near Township Line Road reported at 7:43 a.m. Friday she found a 3-year-old girl walking on the state route wearing only a T-shirt and underwear in about 35-degree weather. The child was unable to tell her what her name was or where she lived, so the woman called deputies and kept the child in her vehicle until deputies arrived. A bus driver for Wellsville schools gave the woman a blanket for the child and also waited for deputies to arrive. When deputies got there a dispatcher told them a Hillcrest Road woman had called to report her 3-year-old daughter was missing. The mother came to where the child was at and explained she had taken her middle child to the bus stop and her 13-year-old son was watching the 3-year-old when she walked away.
