Golden Triangle Development LINK Chief Operations Officer Macaulay Whitaker has been named among the top 10 of Mississippi Business Journal’s Top 50 Under 40.

Whitaker received the award, which is given to young business leaders around the state, at a ceremony in Jackson Thursday. She said it was “an honor” to be recognized and to have the LINK’s work in regional economic development recognized.
“One of the quotes I heard years and years ago by a fellow developer was … ‘We do well by doing good,’” Whitaker said. “…I consider myself very fortunate to be able to say that.”
