This started as a pursuit by the San Leandro Police department and it ended up here in oakland this happened and apple and pippin street thats where that officer involved shooting occurred. Well police are saying that pursuit started when they saw a vehicle that they believed to have been stolen by a driver armed with that they thought was a firearm this happened a little after 11 00pm that pursuit ended when that vehicle crashed into the rear of an occupied vehicle that was parked.
