(Randy Sartin/Pool Photo via AP) No. 12 Missouri Looks to Keep Rolling Against Auburn Historically, the Missouri Tigers and Auburn Tigers have had two very different basketball programs. Under the command of Bruce Pearl, Auburn has been a powerhouse SEC contender, that as recent as 2019, made the Final Four. On the opposite end, Missouri has never strongly contended in the SEC. Additionally, they have not gotten past the second round of the NCAA tournament since the 2008-2009 season.  That said, this season has been quite different and heading into their matchup tonight at 8 p.m. ET, Missouri is ranked 12th in the nation with a (10-2) record while Auburn is unranked and (9-7).

Mississippi State vs. Tennessee preview: TV schedule, channel, start time, odds, picks, live stream info

Photo by Ken Murray/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images The 18th-ranked Tennessee Volunteers are coming off a bit of a rough stretch as they host the struggling Mississippi State Bulldogs on Tuesday, January 26 at 7 p.m. ET. Tennessee (10-3, 4-3 SEC) rode a three-game winning streak to get to a No. 6 ranking in college basketball before struggling in a pair of games last week. The Volunteers were blown out by the Florida Gators and fell short at home against the Missouri Tigers on Saturday. Five-star freshman guard Jaden Springer missed the game against Missouri with an ankle injury, and Tennessee has lost all three games this season in which he was unable to play. It remains to be seen whether he will suit up against Mississippi State.

Virus outbreak in china pushes commodity prices down

1/25/2021 12:38:57 PM GMT Currencies push against the dollar bugs. Gold bounces in the early trading today. Good Day. And a Marvelous Monday to you! Well, Congratulations to the Tampa Bay Bucs, and the K.C. Chiefs for winning their respective conference championships, and will play in this year s Super Bowl in two weeks. And Saturday night was a double winner for me, as my beloved Missouri Tigers won their basketball game beating # 6 Tennessee, and our Blues won too! I had the Blues on the TV and the Tigers on my phone. We had some beautiful weather this past weekend, as I was left alone for the next two weeks. But that didn t change what I do each day and night! I watched the St. Louis weathercast last night, and they were fretting about snow and ice for this morning there. YUCK! I m glad I m not there! The late Great Leon Russell greets me this morning with his song: Stranger In A Strange Land.. how many days has it been since I was born, and how many days till I die?

Florida secures second consecutive conference win over Ole MissFlorida secures second consecutive conference win over Ole Miss

Florida secures second consecutive conference win over Ole Miss Briggs’ performance was a small slice of the Gators’ 78-68 win in Oxford Florida earned its second conference win against Ole Miss Sunday. Photo courtesy to the SEC Media Portal. Ole Miss had a clear strategy Sunday afternoon: wear down star Florida guard Lavender Briggs. It seemed like the Rebels did just that. Then there were three minutes left in the third quarter. Briggs burst to life, and seven straight points. Her performance was a small slice of the Gators’ second conference 78-68 win in Oxford. Missed jumpers from Briggs and guard Kiara Smith foreshadowed the first quarter’s slow start. The shooting woes continued with a missed Smith jumper and Briggs three.
