A Wichita Falls woman pleaded guilty to child endangerment Thursday after her 1-year-old child tested positive for methamphetamine, according to court documents.
Shirley Michelle Waldron, 31, was sentenced to three years of probation for abandoning and endangering and child-criminal negligence for a June 22, 2020, incident as part of a plea bargain, court filings show.
Child endangerment and drug possession charges are still pending against Joseph Xavier Barry, 32, in connection with the same incident, according to court records.
