Show up for Pan-Asian Food!  The Coast has teamed up with photographer Mo Phùng and their sister Thanh Phùng @loveandsundays to celebrate the great food and culture in Halifax Pan-Asian restaurants and businesses during Asian Heritage Month. In response to the rise and escalation in xenophobia and hate crimes resulting from COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to launch a give back campaign to the Asian Canadian communities and neighbourhoods in Kjipuktuk and surrounding areas” says Mo Phùng. “We want to see Asian small business owners thriving and not struggling to keep their doors open during the pandemic.
