ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) One woman was killed and two others were hurt in a crash involving a vehicle and a horse and buggy in Yates County.
Deputies responded to State Route 364, west of Voak Road, around 4 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies said 55-year-old Robert Clark of Dundee hit the horse and buggy traveling west on State Route 364.
The passenger in the buggy, 67-year-old Ada Horning, of Penn Yan, was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said. Mahlon Horning, 66, was flown to Strong Memorial Hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
Nanci Clark, a 53-year-old woman from Dundee, the passenger in the vehicle, was taken to Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Geneva for non-life-threatening injuries.

Finger Lakes Health Rehabilitation Services will be conducting a free monthly Community Mobility Screening Program on Thursday, June 17 in the rehabilitation department at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, 418 North Main Street, Penn Yan and at Garnsey Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at Geneva General Hospital,196 North Street, Geneva. This program is open to all individuals over the age of 65.
