HUNTINGDON Ben Franklin Technology Partners, in cooperation with Startup Alleghenies Initiative, will offer a virtual TechCelerator@SouthernAlleghenies, a 10-week business startup boot camp targeting Bedford, Huntingdon, Blair, Cambria, Somerset and Fulton counties. Participants with a great tech-business idea will have a chance to win up to $10,000.
Business mentoring, provided by Ben Franklinâs Transformation Business Services Network and entrepreneurial coaches from the Startup Alleghenies initiative, will also be available free of charge in one-on-one mentoring sessions.
At the end of the ten weeks, successful participants will make a graduation pitch presentation to a panel of local professionals and potential investors with the opportunity to win up to $10,000 to help get the business started.
