Funeral held for Pakistani engineer, 25, who died in Sydney floodwaters six weeks ago

A Pakistani man who died when his car sank in floodwaters in Sydney s west six weeks ago will be farewelled by family and friends at a prayer service in Sydney. The grieving parents of 25-year-old Ayaz Younus flew from Pakistan to attend the funeral for their son on Wednesday. Mr Younus was on the way to his first day at a new job in Glenorie on March 24 and was on the phone to emergency services just before he died. He was a software engineer who had recently completed his masters degree, and was about to start working as a driver for a multinational company.

H&M and COS are the final tenants at Marsden Park Logistics Estate.  Prime industrial rents in Sydney average $123 to $136 per square metre, according to Colliers, potentially valuing the five-year deal in excess of $16.8 million. The new H&M distribution centre is the seventh and final building at the 21.5 hectare site, where Logos kicked off construction two years ago.

The Swedish-based fashion group will lease a 27,336 square metre purpose-built storage and distribution facility, which is the seventh and final building at the $330 million estate. The new deal will mean the estate is fully leased just two years after breaking ground.
