Concord Museum appoints new director of finances and operations

The Concord Museum announced the recent appointment of Robert Ripley as director of finances and operations.
Ripley came to the museum from the Merchants Trust Company, where as president he was responsible for strategic and tactical day-to-day bank operations of the wealth management division. In his new role, Ripley will be responsible for the financial management of the museum as well as related business and operational affairs, including financial operations, human resources, security and facility maintenance.

Martha s Vineyard Public Schools students and staff returning to in-person classes this month are facing mandatory Coronavirus-testing.
The Vineyard Gazette reports funding was recently secured for the Island-wide testing program from the Martha s Vineyard Savings Bank charitable foundation and the Island nonprofit MV-Youth; the schools are also contributing to the cost.
The testing will be saliva-based and the initiative is considered to be surveillance testing .
