Marcia Walker, a male-to-female transgender child rapist in one of Britain’s maximum-security prisons has been freed despite admitting to attacking guards after they took her razors, preventing Walker from shaving.
Walker, who was previously known as Mark Walker before claiming to be transgender, has legally been recognised as female by the British prison authorities, however, was incarcerated in HM Prison Frankland, a ‘Category A’ men’s prison in County Durham.
The Crown Court in Durham heard that Walker spat at the officers, declaring that “I have COVID,” according to
The Telegraph.
Walker claimed that by taking away the ability to shave, the guards had contributed to feelings of gender dysphoria, saying: “They cannot take my razors from me.”
Mark Walker was jailed for 13 years in 2003 for two rapes against girls under 16
Now identifying as Marcia, Walker has been in a dispute over access to gender realignment surgery despite being recognised as female by prison authorities
She said that not being able to shave made her gender dysphoria worse, and when officers went into her cell she spat at one and said I have Covid

A recent survey about the impact of COVID-19 on people’s access to health care found nearly all patients wanted same-day appointments for urgent issues.
The survey of approximately 25,000 people was carried out in June 2020 by the Health Quality & Safety Commission (the Commission), with primary health organisations (PHOs). Its goal was to understand people’s experience of accessing health care during and after the COVID-19 lockdown.
‘We wanted to find out, for example, who delayed or deferred care during lockdown, why and what they did instead?’ says Dr Marcia Walker, member of the Patient Experience of Care Governance Group.
