WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - The Wichita Falls Art Museum at Midwestern State University hosted itâs first annual âFamily Dayâ for families to bring their children out to express their love for art.
Families in the armed forces were also being celebrated during this family day. There were lots of activities from chalk drawing , popcorn and of course checking out some special exhibits.
John Wayne Airport Partners with Hoag to Vaccinate Travelers
Orange County’s John Wayne Airport has partnered with Hoag Memorial Hospital to introduce a new Fly Well Clinic that will provide COVID-19 vaccinations to air travelers.
The airport-based clinic was created to provide convenient vaccine access for frequent travelers, officials behind the initiative said. Outside security in Terminal B, Hoag also has a COVID-19 testing clinic for travelers and the general public.
“We are proud to partner with John Wayne Airport to offer convenient access to quality health care for the millions of people who fly to or from the airport every year,” Marcy Brown, Hoag’s senior vice president and chief hospital operations officer, said in a prepared statement. “It’s so important that people get vaccinated against this deadly virus, and the Fly Well Clinic and the rapid testing clinic are important new resources for helping us reach out to the community in a number of ways to

Travelers who pass through John Wayne Airport in Orange County can now go on their trip and get their COVID-19 vaccine all in the same day.

Travelers will be able to ‘fly well’ with the opening of Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian’s Fly Well Clinic.
The 850-square-foot facility is a partnership between the Newport Beach hospital and officials at John Wayne Airport.
It is located post-security in Terminal B, across from Gate 10. This is not to be confused with Hoag’s rapid testing clinic that is also located in the same terminal before security and opened in January.
“As we begin to see an increase in air travel once again, we want to ensure that our guests feel safe and healthy,” Airport Director Barry Rondinella said in a statement. “We believe our partnership with Hoag will help achieve that important community healthcare goal.”
