RUSTON, La., April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Century Next Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (OTCQX: CTUY), the holding company of Century Next Bank, with $538.0 million in assets, today announced financial results for the 1
st quarter ended March 31, 2021.
Financial Performance
For the three months ended March 31, 2021, the Company had net income after tax of $1.29 million compared to net income of $1.0 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020, an increase of $283,000 or 28.2%. Earnings per share (EPS) for the three months ended March 31, 2021 were $0.78 per basic and $0.77 per diluted share compared to $0.62 per basic and $0.61 per diluted share reported for the three months ended March 31, 2020.
