(Manila City PIO / MANILA BULLETIN) Police identified the arrested driver as Pauline Mae Salamero, 26, from Calamba, Laguna. Salamero was initially flagged down by Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) enforcer Marcos Meneses on Osmeña Highway corner San Andres St. for disregarding traffic signs past 8 a.m. Meneses took Salamero’s vehicle registration for checking as part of the protocol since the latter also did not have a driver’s license. In the video, Salamero was caught hitting, cursing, and grabbing Meneses by his uniform while asking for her car registration back. “Ibigay mo sa akin ‘yan, pinicturan mo na g o ka ba? T a mo ah (Give it to me, didn’t you already take a photo of it? F k you),” Salamero was heard as saying in the video posted by the Manila City Public Information Office (PIO) on its Facebook page.
