Quick action by officers led to a bust of drugs and weapons.
Manitoba First Nations Police Service Officers were alerted by Long Plain First Nation Security of a vehicle that went through the COVID-19 security checkpoint on January 5, 2020, with a non-community Member who was restricted from entering the First Nation which led to a traffic stop when the officers located the orange Dodge journey.

The driver of the vehicle was issued a Provincial Offences Act ticket and all occupants exited the vehicle.
