Part of the reasons cited by airline executives announcing the annual financial results was a passenger growth of over 14 percent, revenue optimization, and cost cutting measures, allowing the airline to resume dividend payments to its shareholders next month with the government of Mauritius continuing to hold a 51 percent majority stake in the airline.
