Former Syracuse women’s basketball center Kamilla Cardoso transfers to South Carolina

Syracuse, N.Y. Kamilla Cardoso, who spent one season with the Syracuse women’s basketball program, will transfer to the University of South Carolina, the school announced Friday.
Cardoso signed a financial aid agreement to join the Gamecocks, according to a release. She has four years of eligibility remaining.

Kamilla Cardoso has signed a financial aid agreement to attend the University and play for the Gamecocks. Cardoso, who played for Syracuse in 2019-20, will be eligible to play in the 2021-22 season and have as many as four seasons of eligibility remaining.
