PARENTS of pupils at a North Yorkshire school are refusing to buy a new compulsory uniform - amid claims it is unnecessary . Some parents say their children only have one more year at the school - and they have already purchased the previous legacy uniform to see out their studies. Anne Moody was born September 15, 1940, in Mississippi Wilkinson County. Growing up, Anne Moody was the eldest child of seven. Unfortunately, Anne Moodyâs father left the family forcing Anne Moody into employment in the fourth grade. Anne Moody would work in the homes of white families and understood the boundaries between whites and blacks at an early age. Anne Moody had to mature in an explosive time period; for example, the murder of Emmett Till forced Anne to widen her viewpoint and explore the terror that had been imposed on the colored community. However, the racial tension and stress did not affect Anne Moody academically and she graduated highschool with prominent grades and a future at NAtchez Junior College on an athletic scholarship.
