A man from Merriam Village has pleaded guilty in federal court on charges surrounding sexual assault and child pornography.
Mark John Millman faced one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of receiving and distributing child pornography.
Millman’s wife pleaded guilty to similar charges last month. Both are being held without bail.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A Merriam Village, Missouri, man pleaded guilty in federal court today to sexually assaulting two young children to produce child pornography, and to receiving and distributing child pornography, after his wife pleaded guilty to the same charges last month.

A four-day trial began Monday in connection to an incident at the Idaho Capitol on Aug. 25, 2020, during a special session of the Idaho Legislature, when Bundy refused to leave the Lincoln Auditorium, was placed under arrest and went limp, forcing Idaho State Police troopers to wheel him out of the Statehouse in a chair.
